ActiveHealth Management

Vermont Managed Care has partnered with ActiveHealth Management to provide Care Engine clinical decision support for Fletcher Allen Preferred subscribers and their dependents.

ActiveHealth recognizes that today's fragmented and decentralized healthcare system makes it nearly impossible for an individual physician to be aware of all interactions patients have with the healthcare system, especially for patients with chronic conditions.

CareEngine clinical decision support actively engages and empowers both physicians and members, enabling the best, most informed medical decisions.
